NEEPCO Apprentice Recruitment 2022: Apply Online 56 Trade Apprentices Vacancy

 North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO), has recently requested applications for 56 trade Apprentice vacancies. The online application process will begin on January 27, 2022. Candidates who are interested and qualified can apply online. www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

Details of  NEEPCO Apprenticeship Training 2022:

Trade-wise vacancy:

• Electrician: 32
• Fitter/ Boiler Attendant: 20
• Plumber: 04

Place of training:

i) Assam Gas Based Power Station (AGBPS): Bokuloni, District Dibrugarh, Assam

ii) Agartala Gas Based Power Station (AgGBPS): Ramchandra Nagar, Tripura

iii) Doyang Hydro Power Station (DHPS): Wokha, Nagaland

iv) Kameng Hydro Power Station (KaHPS): West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh

v) Kopili Hydro Power Station (KHPS): Umrongso, Dima Hasao, Assam

vi) NEEPCO Corporate Office: Brookland Compound, Lower New Colony, Shillong, Meghalaya

vii) Tripura Gas Based Power Station (TGBPS): Monarchak, Sonamura, PO Dhanpur, Tripura.

Eligibility Criteria of NEEPCO Apprenticeship Training:

Educational Qualification:

Class 10th Pass & ITI Trade Certificate Course from a recognized Institute in relevant trades approved by the State Government / Central Government.

Age limit:

I) Maximum age 28 years as on 01-01-2022, but not less than 18 years.

II) Age relaxation is allowed for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Classes/ Persons with Disability/ Ex-servicemen, as per applicable Govt. of India rules.

Residency: The candidate should be a resident of North East India.

Selection Process of NEEPCO Apprenticeship Training:

I) Selection shall be based on merit as per mark secured in ITI course as mentioned against each Apprentice posts.

II) First preference shall be given to candidates belonging to the State in which the Establishment/ Power Plant (s) is/ are located. After allocation of seats to candidates belonging to the state, if no sufficient candidates are found; selection for rest nos. of seats shall be based on the merit as per marks secured in the ITI course by the candidates belonging to other NE states of domicile.

III) List of selected candidates will be made available at www.neepco.co.in. The call letters will be sent through their registered email only.

How to Apply for NEEPCO Apprenticeship Training 2022?

* Candidates must apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted.

* The Candidates must get himself / herself enrolled / registered with National Promotion Scheme (NAPS), through online enrolment at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and poses a valid enrolment ID generated after successful enrolment.

Step I:

1. Click Register Tab.
2. Select Candidate Option.
3. Register in NAPS.
4. After successful registration, log in using your registered ID and password.
5. Select apprenticeship opportunities and fill up accordingly.
6. Search for NEEPCO Opportunity code (shown above).
7. Apply for the trade of choice / apprentice opportunity name / code.
8. The candidate must have Aadhaar Card Number

Step II:

After submitting the online application, the applicant should download the NEEPCO Apprenticeship Application Form FY 2021-22 (For ITI Trade) from the Corporation website, take a print out and fill up all the relevant information(s) and send the duly filled form via email to neepco.apprentices21@gmail.com along with self-attested scan copies in PDF format of the following relevant documents i.e. ITI Pass Certificate, Marksheet(s), Age Proof (HSLC Certificate or Birth Certificate), Caste /PwD Certificate etc. so as to reach this office within the specified deadline.

• Starting date of online application submission: 27/01/2022
• Last date of online application (through NAPS portal): 17/02/2022
• Last date of receipt of filled up applications form along with testimonials and documents via email: 24/02/2022
